Fluenta Institute (A Unit of Rigveda India Skill Research Foundation)
By accessing Fluenta Institute’s website, enrolling in training programs, attending offline/online classes, or using any services offered by the institution, you agree to follow the terms and conditions mentioned below.
1. Enrollment & Registration
- Admission to any course becomes valid only after successful fee payment and verification.
- Students must provide accurate personal, educational, and contact information.
- The institute reserves the right to cancel admission if false information is detected.
2. Course Delivery
- Courses may be conducted online, offline, or hybrid, depending on the program and availability.
- Recorded classes, study material, and resources are the intellectual property of the Institute and must not be shared, reproduced, or sold without written permission.
- The institute may modify class schedules, trainers, or course content if required.
3. Attendance & Participation
- Students are expected to attend classes regularly.
- Minimum attendance or assessment may be required to receive certificates (varies by course).
- Misuse, disturbance, or inappropriate behavior during online/offline sessions may result in suspension or termination.
4. Certificates & Assessment
- Certificates are issued only after fulfilling course requirements, including:
- Attendance criteria
- Assignment completion
- Examination or evaluation (if applicable)
5. Use of Online Platforms
- Students may be required to use third-party tools (Zoom, LMS, WhatsApp, Google Classroom, etc.).
- Login credentials must not be shared.
- Misuse of digital platforms may lead to legal or disciplinary action.
6. Placement Support (If Offered)
- Placement assistance is provided based on skills, performance, and eligibility.
- The institute does not guarantee job placement unless explicitly mentioned in a signed agreement.
7. Fees & Payment
- All fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
- Late fees may apply if payment deadlines are missed.
- Fee once paid is subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy only.
8. Code of Conduct
Students must:
- Respect trainers, staff, and fellow learners
- Maintain discipline in classes
- Avoid harassment, discrimination, or misconduct
Violation may result in disciplinary action.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
- All digital content, modules, recordings, study materials, logos, certificates, branding — remain the intellectual property of Fluenta Institute.
- Unauthorized copying, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
10. Amendment Clause
Fluenta Institute reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on the official website or communicated to learners.
