Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 05 December 2025
1. Admission Cancellation by Student
- Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing via email or through an official request form.
- Refund eligibility is as follows:

| Within 24 hours of payment (Before course access) | 80% Refund |
| After access to study material or first live class | 20% Refund |
| After 3 days of batch start | No Refund |
| Special Offers / Discounted Fees | No Refund |
2. Cancellation by Institute
If the Institute cancels or postpones a course due to unforeseen reasons:
- Students may choose a full refund OR transfer to another batch/course at no extra cost.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Registration fees
- Examination fees
- Learning materials, printed booklets, or digital access fees
- Promotional, scholarship, or discounted enrollments
4. Fee Transfer Requests
If a student wishes to shift to another batch:
- Allowed only once and subject to seat availability.
- An administrative fee may apply.
5. Refund Process Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days through the original payment mode.
6. No-Show & Dropout Policy
- Absence, lack of participation, or course abandonment does not qualify for a refund.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes related to refunds or policies shall be handled under legal jurisdiction of Padrauna, Uttar Pradesh, India.
